Players of the One Piece Card Game are in for a treat as a new set of items will be added to the plethora of products of the game. The One Piece Card Game train is on full throttle as Bandai revealed three new products for the game: a new starter deck, a new set, and a new prize pack.
OP-04 was announced ahead of the release of OP-03
The official Twitter of One Piece Card Game Japan revealed and confirmed the theme for OP-04. The new set entitled “Conspiracy Kingdom” features Law and Luffy as the main characters in the pack design. Theories about the contents of the new set are already floating around the internet. People theorized that the set will revolve around the Alabasta and Dressrosa arc. This theory might hold true as Law is featured in the pack. If this is the case, we can safely say that the new set will feature cards with the Worst Generation and Baroque Works.
Ultimate Deck “3 Captains”
A new starter deck to ST-10 will be released on July 29 this year. The deck features the three most famous captains of the Worst Generation and will feature the first-ever red-purple leader combination and if ever, the first non-solo character leader. This is very different than what the colors of these captains are on their previous card versions. Kid is the face of the Green starter deck, Law also appeared in Red, Green, Red-Green, and Blue while Luffy is already confirmed in all colors. This deck is definitely interesting and worth watching out for.
Mihawk pack as standard battle prizes.
The final product revealed was the new standard battle prize pack. The new pack features the best swordsman in the world: Mihawk and the other known swordsman in the One Piece world. The pack contains alternate art of starter decks exclusive cards like Brook, Mihawk, and Tashigi. Okiku on the other hand will be the green card. This pack will replace the Nami card and will be in circulation after March 7, 2023.
