The world of One Piece Card Game is about to heat up with the announcement of the “Asia Championship 2023”.

Asia Championship 2022 just concluded, and Bandai has already announced the roadmap for the next one. According to the roadmap, two seasons of preliminaries, an Area Final, and an Asia cup will be organized to get the qualified players to compete in the Asian Finals.

We will see a very different Asia Championship by February next year, as the event won’t include Japan. This is an excellent contrast to the recently concluded Asia Championship, as Japan is the most represented country with more than 40 players.

However, the most interesting in the roadmap is the addition of a World Championship. This will be the biggest OPCG event, and it sounds like the two versions will have a culminating event where the best of Asia will face the best of the Global version. No details yet are revealed, but it will be exciting to see, especially since the Asian version is one set ahead of the Global version.

If you’re a competitive OPCG gamer looking to showcase your skills and compete against the best, don’t miss out on these events. With a range of tournaments and the opportunity to compete against top players worldwide, this is one competitive season you won’t want to miss.
