On March 26, 2023, Joshua Lim won Cebu’s first-ever One Piece Card Game Flagship Battle. This event was organized by PLAY2LEARN and held at Ayala Center Cebu in Cebu City, Philippines. The competition attracted 28 players from all over the Philippines, all vying for the chance to become the first-ever champion of the tournament.

Joshua Lim emerged victorious in the tournament, using a Red-Green Law deck to defeat his opponents. Lim’s deck featured interesting cards such as Nekomamushi and ST Zoro, which allowed him to control his opponent’s board and deal more damage.

In the finals, Lim faced off against John Jomari Garcia, who used a Whitebeard deck. Whitebeard is known for its brute strength and durability, with a focus on overwhelming opponents with powerful attacks. However, Lim’s Law deck proved too much for Garcia to handle, and Lim ultimately defeated him.
