Bandai confirmed the setting of the newest set, OP-04, as they’ve released two new leaders: Vivi and Rebecca. With these two, it’s now confirmed that OP-04 will be featuring characters from the Alabasta and Dressrosa arc.

Who are Vivi and Rebecca?

Vivi, also known as Nefertari Vivi, is a former princess of Alabasta and a friend of the Straw Hat Pirates. Her ability reads as:

This Leader cannot attack.

On the other hand, Rebecca is a gladiator from Dressrosa and the daughter of former king Riku Dold III. Her ability reads as:

This Leader cannot attack.

This is very interesting because this is the first time that dual-colored leaders got five lives and that a set got multiple leaders that cannot attack. The non-attacking leader mechanic is fairly new and was introduced with Ice Berg from OP-03.
