In a shocking turn of events at the Indonesia Bandai Fest, the organizers of the One Piece Card Game tournament have thrown the event into turmoil by resetting the bracket midway through the competition.
According to Singaporean player, Noel Lim, At the end of Round 5, organizers inexplicably “lost” the pairings, leaving players confused and frustrated. With the tournament already reaching its halfway point, a drastic decision was made to abandon the Swiss format, switch to a single elimination bracket, and reset the bracket.
The One Piece tournament in the Indonesia Bandai Fest is one of the OPCG tournaments in Asia with the winner winning six of the most-coveted cards in the game.

Update: The tournament organizers decided to eliminate all X-3 onwards and restarted the tournament with all the X-2 and better scorers.
Update: There’s been a technical glitch that led to the situation. All X-0 and X-1 were dropped in the bracket used by the organizers. The organizers then decided to eliminate all the X-3 and lower scoring players. Took the eight X-0 and promoted them all to the Top 32 while all X-1 were added to the Top 64 cut.
All the X-2s were then pitted against each other in a single-elimination match where the winners faced the X-1 for the 24 slots remaining for the Top 32 cut. The tournament returned to its natural flow from then, and the single eliminations top cut began.
